What are the production processes of oil drain plugs?
I believe that you are no stranger to the oil drain plug. It fills every corner of our lives, but have you ever been curious about how an oil drain plug was born? What is the process of the birth of the oil plug?
Drain plug production process
(a) Annealing.
1. Purpose: Heating the wire at an appropriate temperature, keeping it for a certain period of time, and then slowly cooling it, so as to adjust the crystalline structure, reduce the hardness, and improve the normal temperature processing performance of the wire.
2. Operation process:
(1). Feeding: Put the products to be processed into the furnace, and pay attention to cover the furnace cover tightly. Generally, one furnace can process 7 rolls (about 1.2 tons/roll) at the same time.
(2). Heating up: Raise the temperature in the furnace slowly (about 3-4 hours) to the specified temperature.
(3). Heat preservation: The material 1018.1022 wire is kept at 680℃-715℃ for 4-6h, and the material is 10B21,1039, CH38F wire is kept at 740℃-760℃ for 5.5-7.5h.
(4). Cooling: The temperature in the furnace is slowly (about 3-4 hours) lowered to below 550°C, and then cooled to room temperature with the furnace.
