Do you know what inspection procedures a DIN oil drain plug needs to go through before leaving the factory?
Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and directly affects the survival and development of an enterprise. No matter how reasonable the product design is, no matter how advanced the equipment is, there will always be unqualified products, so product quality inspection is very important. As one of the most widely used parts in our production, DIN oil drain plugs can be seen in high-performance products in some life fields, including aviation, aerospace and other high-tech fields. The conditions of use are complex, and there are many factors that affect its use area.
Of course, ordinary products can only leave the factory after passing the specified test items, so as to avoid the quality deviation of some DIN oil drain plugs caused by the composition and performance of the materials used.
What inspection procedures do DIN oil drain plugs need to go through before leaving the factory? In fact, a DIN oil drain plug is not only tested before shipment, but also needs to be tested all the time during the production process. When deviations from specifications or dimensions are found, production data must be adjusted immediately to reduce wasted volume DIN oil drain plugs.
Before a DIN oil drain plug leaves the factory, it generally needs to undergo packaging inspection, appearance inspection, dimensional inspection, performance inspection, and actual assembly inspection.
