Frequent problems with plug maintenance

2. After the screw plug is tempered, its color may change. After soaking the screw plug in ether for a period of time, an oily substance will be produced. Such a situation indicates that the screw plug is not clean enough. After analysis, it will be found that the stacking of the plugs is not very reasonable when heating the plugs, and the plugs may have some small oxidation phenomena in the quenching oil.
3. If there is a white substance on the screw plug, it is likely to be some phosphide. The reason for this phenomenon is that the acid cleaner was not used for cleaning, and yo, the rinse tank was not checked carefully enough.
