Description:

The pull-through rivet consists of two parts: the rivet body and the mandrel. It is a type of rivet designed for single-sided riveting, but it requires the use of a specialized riveting tool-a rivet gun (available in manual, pneumatic, and electric versions, with our company currently providing pneumatic hydraulic pull-through rivet guns) for the riveting process. During riveting, the mandrel of the rivet is pulled by the pneumatic rivet gun, causing the rivet body to expand and achieve the riveting effect. Pull-through rivets are particularly suitable for riveting scenarios where conventional rivets (which require riveting from both sides) are inconvenient to use. Therefore, pull-through rivets are widely used in industries such as construction, automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, machinery, electronics, and furniture. Among these, the open-end countersunk head pull-through rivet is the most commonly used. The countersunk pull-through rivet is suitable for riveting applications where a smooth surface is required, while the closed-end pull-through rivet is ideal for scenarios that demand higher load-bearing capacity and a certain level of sealing performance.
