Product Description

In order to reduce the wear and power loss of parts caused by internal friction, lubricating oil must be injected into the shell to lubricate the working surface of gear pairs, shafts and bearings by splash lubrication. Therefore, one side of the shell is provided with a refueling port, and the bottom is provided with an oil drain plug. The height of the oil surface is controlled by the position of the refueling port. Radial oil holes are drilled on the three gears of the first shaft and the second shaft, and radial oil grooves are opened on the hub end face of the transmission gear of the reverse intermediate gear and the intermediate shaft, so as to lubricate the needle roller bearing at the location. In order to prevent lubricating oil from flowing into the clutch from the gap between the first shaft and the bearing cover and affecting its friction performance, the oil seal assembly is installed in the bearing cover, and there is an oil return groove in the inner hole of the bearing cover to prevent oil leakage. To prevent lubricating oil from flowing out of the second shaft rear end. An oil seal assembly is installed in the rear bearing cover of the transmission. In the bearing cover, back cover, top cover, front and rear shell joint surface into the sealing gasket, and apply sealant to prevent oil leakage. In order to prevent the lubricating oil leakage caused by the increase of oil temperature and pressure when the transmission is working, ventilation plug is installed on the gearbox seat and the bearing cover after the transmission.
